Derbyshire Dialogue July | Managing Your Medicines
Come along to the next Derbyshire Dialogue, taking place on Microsoft Teams Thursday 22nd July 11.00am – 12.00.
In this session we will be hearing from:
- Kate Needham – Assistant Director of Medicines Optimisation and Delivery at NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group
- Mark Jones – Repeat Prescribing Business Manager at NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group

Are you aware how much waste there has been of medicine’s and prescription items and how this service works hard to ensure that our population order the right medicines at the right time?
Many people are not aware of the service and what it does.
Come along and hear from Mark and Kate who will be explaining the service and how it has developed and its focus as it moves forwards to continue to reduce waste. During the session we will cover:
- A brief introduction to the Medicines Management Team and their primary focus
- Medicines Order Line and alternative ways of ordering your repeat medications
